John Giles
Engineering Director
Design and development engineer with over 35 years of experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Sector. Roles ranging from Project Engineer to Senior Design and Development Engineer working on projects as diverse as recovering the oil from a sunken upturned tanker in the Bay of Biscay.
Designing the remote tooling to align, mate and assemble pipeline flanges, in 3000m of seawater.
John holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Chartered Engineer.

Charlie Whyte
CFO
Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of diverse experience. Deep understanding of operations, business processes and drivers. Led outsourced finance teams of over 60 FTE’s based between the UK and India. Responsible for financial management and control of a fleet of life extension and newbuild complex construction vessels, saturation dive ships and pipelay vessels.

Brian Donaldson
Business Development Director
Brian has guided Oil and Gas, Marine and Offshore Renewables companies for many years with business development/analysis/strategy and pipeline development. Since 2015 he has supported renewable energy providers and developers throughout the UK clean energy supply chain while maximising opportunity both domestically and globally.
Brian has an intimate knowledge of the Renewables landscape and how it is connected and he operates in the space between, Industry, Academia, Government, Civil Society, Media and the Natural Environment and has an IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) mindset. He has a technical, mechanical and process engineering background.

Ewan has been part of the business development team since 2021.

Michael Sutherland
Fisheries Stakeholder Manager
Previously, Michael was both Director of Policy and Director of Operations at the Scottish Fishermen’s Federation (SFF) - the lead political/trade body representing fishing vessel owners in Scotland. Michael was the SFF lead for interface with the offshore renewables' community, including their regulators and was a founding group member of the of The Fishing Liaison with Offshore Wind and Wet Renewables Group (FLOWW). Being a founding group member he chaired several of its internal committees and was a draftee of the FLOWW Fisheries Liaison Best Practice Guidelines.
